Young Thug Was Stood Up By Mariah The Scientist On First Date

Young Thug revealed that Mariah The Scientist stood him up on their first date. During an interview with GQ’s Couples Quiz series, Thugger was questioned about their initial outing.

He responded, “I don’t know what you wore on the first date ’cause you stood me up. How ’bout that?”

Mariah quickly denied the claim, saying, “This is crazy. No, I did not!”

Thug went on to say that on their “first official date,” Mariah wore black, which she once again denied: “I didn’t wear black, and I have proof. How can you say I wasn’t in white when it was an all-white event?”

In a recent song preview, Thugger promised to stay loyal to Mariah.

While sitting in an empty bathtub, he shared a clip on Instagram Live.

“I told her I won’t cheat again / Took her up the \[inaudible] Benz / I’m on a million dollar streak again,” he rapped.

Off-camera, a quiet Mariah checked in to see if Thug was still live, then asked about ordering some food.

Last winter, Young Thug publicly apologized to his longtime girlfriend “for all this nonsense on the internet” after several private phone calls from his jail time were leaked.

The “nonsense” included a conversation where he told a friend he feared Mariah loved him “too much” and confessed to calling at least 10 other women every time he got on the phone. There was also a heartfelt call from 2022 between him and the current partner of boxer Devin Haney.

However, his apology didn’t seem to work immediately, as the next morning he posted on X: “She so mad, I said merry Christmas and she said thank u \[skull emoji].”

But just a few hours later, fans spotted the couple enjoying the holiday together at a ski resort, suggesting they quickly made up.

After the leaked call between Young Thug and Leena, boxer Devin Haney’s partner, both issued statements.

Leena clarified on her Instagram Story, “That video was before I met my boyfriend… I would never talk to Thug or any other man.”

On X, Thug responded: “Man me and twin was talking bout some whole other serious shit, I don’t know why she spoke on loving other people or anything else cause ain’t giving no care bout no hoes or n-ggas I’m the capital P lol that’s my twin and nothing else. Never have never will lol. I can have that lil stuff right now if I wanted it, but she been pushing the p harder than niggas lol that’s the twin…I got who I want.”
