Diddy Almost Removed From Court For Staring At Jurors

Sean “Diddy” Combs was nearly removed from his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial after being caught making inappropriate gestures toward the jury. During the cross-examination of Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a friend of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, Combs was observed nodding vigorously and making eye contact with jurors. U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian deemed this behavior unacceptable and warned that any further attempts to influence the jury could result in Combs being excluded from the courtroom .

The incident occurred amid serious allegations against Combs, including accusations of coercing women into drug-fueled sexual encounters known as “freak-offs.” Bongolan testified that Combs dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony in 2016, an incident she claims left her traumatized . Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges and faces up to life in prison if convicted.

Following the judge’s warning, Combs’s legal team assured the court that such behavior would not be repeated. The trial is expected to continue into July, with further testimony from additional witnesses.

It was revealed earlier this week that Diddy paid $100,000 for the infamous video of him assaulting Cassie in a hotel corridor.

During the ongoing sex trafficking trial of the Bad Boy mogul, former InterContinental Hotel security guard Eddy Garcia took the stand to testify.

Garcia recounted that Diddy insisted the recording must be the only copy, expressing concern about it leaking and asking if Garcia was certain nothing had been uploaded to the cloud.

According to Garcia, Diddy gave him an envelope containing \$100,000.

The money was divided among three individuals: Garcia’s supervisor, Bill Madrano, received \$50,000, while the remaining \$50,000 was split between Garcia and another security guard.

Diddy also compelled Garcia to sign a non-disclosure agreement, which included a \$1 million penalty for violating its terms.

Garcia stated that he gave Diddy a USB drive in exchange for the cash.

He also claimed to have spoken with Cassie over FaceTime, during which she allegedly expressed that she wanted the footage destroyed as well.

Diddy’s legal team tried to have the video barred from the trial, arguing that it had been tampered with by unidentified individuals. However, prosecutors asserted that they had secured the original version and that forensic experts had verified its authenticity.
