David Dam, a worship music leader and musician from northern Nigeria, has released an incredible and emotional song named “Under The Shadow.”

Music has an enormous impact in Nigeria and around the world. Music has had a significant impact on the psyche of this country’s youth. Unfortunately, our youth’s brains are being pushed toward immoral behavior. One Christian creative on TikTok, known as Hause of Shamba, complains how certain songs have previously encouraged crime.

He named “Yahooze” by Olu Maintain and “I Go Chop Your Dollar” by Nkem Owoh (Osuofia), claiming that these songs have caused more harm to our youth. He is aware of young people who have done terrible things as a result of the impact of these and other similar tunes.

All thanks to God for anointing our music ministers in Nigeria. God has given us folks in whom we can trust and listen to their music. Without God, many people would have gone wrong. We have a new sound of worship and adoration, a sound that will bless your soul and spiritual man, a sound that will keep your eyes on God and not lead you astray.
